Understand your requirements

After you make an enquiry on our website, we’ll explore your design specifications and provide an estimate and lead time

Confirm your budget

Once your specs have been confirmed, estimate approved and official quote signed, you will need to pay a 40-50% partial deposit depending on the size of your project.

Create your shop drawings

Now it’s time to assess your site, arrange a measure and create drawings for your approval. Once you’ve signed off your drawings, fabrication begins.

Manufacturing and fabrication begins

Manufacturing of the unit/s starts and varies depending on the lead time and number of units. The balance or 40% progress payment is paid depending on the size of the job.

Installation & glazing

Your windows and/or doors will be delivered after the balance or progress payment. Your builder will install the unit/s and glaziers will install the glass. The final balance of 10% is paid for larger jobs. You’re all set with beautiful doors and windows!
